Vehicles can be parked forup to 14 dayswithout interruption. If the vehicle is parked for longer than 14 days, please send us your contact details (name, address, telephone number, licence plate number) tooffice@apcoa.at.Without a special agreement (e.g. long-term parking subscription), the maximum parking period is 30 days - after this period, the vehicle is deemed to have been parked illegally.

If a daily restriction applies, this will be signposted accordingly on site.

At locations with barrier control:

The tariff calculation starts with the time of entry and ends with the time of exit. The daily maximumalways refersto 24 hours(when leaving and re-entering the car park, the tariff calculation starts again fromthe beginning). Parking over a longer period than 24 hours is possible, the location does not have to be left in between. The amount to be paid is calculated on the basis of the actual parking duration and the tariff structure shown.

At locations without barrier control with parking ticket machines:

Daily flat rates are available at the parking ticket machine. Simply select the desired parking duration at the parking ticket machine or insert money and affix the parking ticket behind the windscreen so that it is clearly legible from the outside. Please do thisbefore leaving the vehicle. The daily maximumalways refersto 24 hours. Alternatively, you can also book via the APCOA FLOW app. Please note the end time of the parking ticket or APCOA FLOW bookings and either add a parking ticket or book a new flat rate via the app if the parking process is to be continued.

Please note the generally permitted maximum uninterrupted parking time according to theterms of use.

No, the guarding and safekeeping of the vehicle, its accessories and any objects in the vehicle or items brought in with the vehicle are explicitly not part of our services.

Entry with a vehicle fuelled by natural gas is permitted, but entry with a vehicle fuelled by LPG is strictly prohibited.

It is generallynot possible toreserve aparking space. The only exception is Graz Airport - you can find more informationhere.

Yes, the parking tariff displayed at the location applies. Please observe the respective signage with usage instructions on site, as these may vary depending on the operator.

Parking procedures
Please send any inquiries regarding parking procedures at ÖBB P+R locations to us within 48 hours of departure using our contact form below.
Please send the following data:

1. Name of the P&R location

2. Your vehicle licence plate number

3. Photo of your public transport ticket (front and back)

Simply search for your desired location on apcoa.at and go directly to the APCOA portal from there. Select the appropriate tariff and start date (always only on the 1st of the month) and add to the shopping basket. Then click on the shopping basket at the top right to complete the order. If you are not yet a customer, please create an account and then log in with your user details. If you already have an account, you can log in straight away. After logging in, please check the shipping address and read the terms of use carefully. Finally, enter the licence plate number (don't forget the spaces as described), select and enter the payment method and, after checking the data provided, click on "Order with costs". Your enquiry is now being processed. 

Please note: When paying by SEPA direct debit, the validation key, which is sent by e-mail, must be entered immediately

If the old contract was not a special tariff, the new contract can be concluded under "Locations" via the existing account in the APCOA portal. If it was a special tariff, please send an e-mail to: csc(at)apcoa.at

To enter the licence plate number correctly, you must first select the country in which the licence plate number is registered. The rest of the licence plate number can then be entered in the field next to it. It is important to pay attention to upper and lower case and to enter spaces between letters and numbers, as this is the only way to ensure that the licence plate number is unique. Within Austria, the spaces are also crucial, as otherwise there could be identical entries between the standard licence plate and the desired licence plate. As in this case, for example: WU SCHI 1 and W USCHI 1.

The long-term parking authorisation will be sent by post to the address provided before the start of the contract.

The shortest contract term is 3 months. Different minimum terms are included in the respective tariff description. The minimum term means that the contract period must be at least the number of months specified.

Payment by SEPA direct debit is possible as long as the bank account is in an EU country.

The flat-rate service fee covers free replacement of the long-term parking authorisation in the event of theft or loss. In addition, the call centre is available 24/7 - if the journal service is required, this is free of charge.

The monthly usage fee is always due in advance on the first of each month. Payment by SEPA direct debit means that the amount is always debited automatically (details of the account overview can be found in the APCOA portal).

No, so-called "standing invoices" are issued. This means that the first recurring invoice is sent when the long-term parking subscription is taken out and is usually valid until the end of the calendar year. A new recurring invoice is issued and sent when a new calendar year begins or if there are changes to the long-term parking subscription (price adjustment, number of parking spaces).

We ask for your understanding that the cancellation of long-term parking subscriptions is not intended. The reason for this is that cancelled long-term parking subscriptions would have to be taken into account when allocating further long-term parking spaces, which could result in a loss of capacity utilisation. We therefore ask you to cancel your long-term parking subscription and take out a new one when you need it again. However, we cannot guarantee availability in this case.

In this case, this data must be updated in the APCOA portal (https://portal.apcoa.at/) in the "Account overview" section. If a new recurring invoice is required, please simply send an e-mail to csc(at)apcoa.at.

You can change the data yourself at any time in our APCOA portal (https://portal.apcoa.at/).

Please send an e-mail to csc(at)apcoa.at. In principle, a one-month cancellation period to the end of the month applies, depending on any minimum terms. If the long-term parking subscription is to be terminated on 30 June, for example, we must receive notification of cancellation by 31 May at the latest.

At the end of the long-term parking subscription (end date according to the cancellation confirmation), the long-term parking permits must be returned immediately afterwards by registered post to APCOA (APCOA Austria GmbH, attn. Customer Accounting, Landstraßer Hauptstraße 146/13A, 1030 Vienna) or handed in at the respective location, if staffed.

After the end of the long-term parking subscription and as soon as we have received the long-term parking authorisation (parking card, remote control, keys, etc.), the deposit will be refunded to the account provided, taking into account any balance.

In an emergency (when entering or leaving the car park), please press the intercom button on the entry or exit pillar. The Customer Centre will help you in this case. In general, please send an e-mail to dauerparken[at]apcoa.at.

Your mobile phone number is required at some locations for web payment via your browser. This allows you to extend your parking session at these locations. After completing the parking session, you will receive a link via SMS that you can use to download your receipt. This link is active for 48 hours. To extend your parking session, simply click on the link. At locations where a mobile phone number is not required, the parking session is automatically closed after you exit. If you want to save your receipts for longer and keep them organized, you can download our APCOA FLOW app from the App Store.

At locations where you select the parking duration in advance, we will ask for your mobile phone number. You will receive a text message to this mobile phone number with a link that you can use to view and extend your parking session. You can also use this link to request the receipt by entering your e-mail address.

After starting the parking process, enter your e-mail address in the corresponding field. After completing the parking process, the receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Alternatively, you will receive a link to download the receipt by text message. This link is active for 48 hours.

Try scanning the QR code again and enter your mobile phone number. If the problem persists, please contact customer service.

You can extend your parking session by opening the link to your active parking session in the text message. In the overview of your active parking session, you will find a green "Extend" button at the bottom. If you click on this, you select the time you want to extend and confirm the start by clicking on the green centre field.
For parking processes at locations with licence plate recognition by the camera, no SMS is sent as the parking process closes automatically after the exit.

Yes, the promo code can also be used to extend the parking process. As a rule, the promo code is valid for the entire parking process.

You can still access your parking process by clicking on the link in the text message you received. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code again and enter your mobile phone number. You no longer need to do anything for digital parking processes at companies with licence plate recognition.

No, the licence plate number cannot be changed once the parking process has started. You would then have to start a new parking process.
