Purpose of data processing: Your personal data will be collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of processing your application and the selection procedure.

Legal basis for data processing: The processing of your personal data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (implementation of pre-contractual measures).

Recipients of the data: Your data may be passed on to internal departments and, if necessary, to external service providers who support us in carrying out the selection process.

Duration of storage: Your data will be stored for the duration of the application process. If your application is unsuccessful, your data will be deleted no later than seven months after completion of the process, unless it is stored for a longer period on the basis of your consent (e.g. inclusion in the applicant pool).

Your rights: You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and objection to the processing of your personal data. In addition, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority, Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna

Voluntariness and revocation: The provision of your data is voluntary. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point.

Automated decision-making: There is no automated decision-making, including profiling.
