Frequently asked questions about parking

Below are some questions frequently adressed to our Customer Service Centre (CSC) or local teams.

Where and when can I return my parking garage implements (parking card, remote control or key)?

 

After your agreement expires (according to the confirmation letter of termination) you can return your card at your garage (if staffed) or by registered mail to our customer accounts department (immediately). Please do not forget to include your account number.

Who is APCOA?

 

The headquarter of the Austrian company APCOA Parking Austria GmbH ist based at 1030 Wien, Landstra├čer Hauptstra├če 146/13A. The company is synonymous with car parking in town and city centres, at airports, exhibitions centres, hotels and hospitals through Austria. APCOA car parks are recognised by their cyan blue colour. What does APCOA PARKING in Austria

 

APCOA PARKING Austria is the only provider for comprehensice parking management solutions. We manage more than 50.000 parking spaces in car parks, multistorey or underground car parks und pay & display areas.

Where can I register to rent a new parking spot?

When will my new yearly bill be sent to me?

 

Your yearly bill will be sent to you by mail on or before December 31 of every year for the following year.

Will I receive a bill each month?

 

No, you will receive a bill for the entire year for each calendar year.

How can I benefit by paying for the year in advance?

 

2 % advance payment bonus (corresponding to a 4 % interest yield per annum). No extra fee. Your card won't be blocked should you forget to pay, and you won't be subject to dunning.

I have a new adress or bank connection. Do I have to notify Apcoa?

 

We would request that you inform us of these changes. Please send written notification to our customer accounts department by mail, fax (01 / 717 16 44) or e-mail (kundenbuchhaltung@apcoa.at).

My PN Park-Credit-Card doesn't work. What do I do?

 

Send the card to our customer accounts department, or if you have lost your card, you can request a new one in writing from our customer accounts department for a fee of EUR 8.00.

I would like to terminate my agreement. What do I do?

 

Please send your cancellation request in writing to our customer accounts department by registered mail, fax (01 / 717 16 44) or e-mail (kundenbuchhaltung@apcoa.at). In a few days you will receive written confirmation from our customer accounts department. Principally, there is a one-month notice period to be observed for terminating your agreement as of the last day of the month (unless the agreement stipulates otherwise).

I have a new car and/or license plate number. Do I have to notify Apcoa?

 

We would request that you inform us of these changes. Please send written notification to our customer accounts department by mail, fax (01 / 717 16 44) or e-mail (kundenbuchhaltung@apcoa.at).

How can I benefit by paying by direct debit?

 

No extra fee. Your card won't be blocked should you forget to pay, and you won't be subject to dunning. Plus, you won't have to change your standing payment order with your bank should fees change.

My long-term parking card has been stolen/lost or doesn't work. What do I do?

 

Please call our on-call service at 01 / 533 08 57.

Can I suspend my agreement temporarily?

 

For organizational reasons it is not possible to suspend an agreement temporarily.

How will my deposit be reimbursed?

 

After the termination of your agreement and the receipt of your parking garage implements (parking card and/or remote control and/or key), your deposit (minus any outstanding payments) will be transferred to a bank account to be designated by you.
